Nigerian Community Association Queensland Inc (NCAQ) website is an Information and event management platform for accessing content, purchasing events, and a user database where you can browse, select, and place orders with just a few clicks.

You will be subject to and comply with our terms and conditions when:

a) Accessing content and events

b) Completing the registration

c) Purchasing events and products.

While accessing and using this website, the terms and conditions will apply to you.

If you are a financial member, you must comply with the registration process before placing an order for an event. Also, visitors and non-financial members must work with the terms and conditions designed to ensure a quality customer experience.

You are not allowed to have more than one active account. Your account is non-transferable and may be updated, edited, or terminated. 

We encourage you to use non-work-related emails for your registration. If you choose to use a work-related email address for your account, the responsibility of ensuring that you comply with the rules, policies, or regulations that may apply to your work email address solely rests on you.

NCAQ welcomes participation in our events from other cultural groups and financial and non-financial members. Please be encouraged to register as a financial member of this association.

Our events are either fee-paying or free. When placing an order, check for pricing information. Order limits are set for some events to ensure everyone can avail of the opportunity to participate in our events.

Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Our events may have different ticket types to reflect membership status. Tickets in the shopping cart will reflect the most recent price displayed for the event. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve the ticket.


We are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information to our users. As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

If an event displays a piece of incorrect information, we may use our discretion, contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order, whether you cancel a purchased order or not. The refund policies will apply.


Please note there are cases when orders are not processed for various reasons. NCAQ reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time. You could be asked to provide additional verifications or information, including but not limited to phone number and email address, before the payment and order are confirmed.

To avoid any fraud with credit or debit cards, our partners / third-party financial institutions reserve the right to obtain validation of your payment details and to verify your personal information before you can use the service. This verification can include an identity card, place of residence, banking information, et cetera.

You may order tickets/products by selecting and submitting your order through our cart payment system. We may ask you to confirm your details to enable a fast and secure process of your order. By ordering on our platform, you agree to provide us with current, complete, and accurate detail.

We will deliver tickets ordered through designated emails. If you did not receive an email after your order, contact the admin team for more information about your order.

We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including if the requested ticket is unavailable, if there is an error in the price, or if the product description is incorrect. We also reserve the right to cancel any order with a reason(s). We also have the right to suspend or remove a user account without giving any notice if it relates to fraud. We will keep every unverified order for 24 hours and make several attempts to verify. In a situation where a response was not received after the stipulated time, the order will cancel automatically.

The following are the conditions for a refund:

a) If a ticket costs more than the required amount based on the membership status, members can ask for a refund of the excess amount.

b) Our paying guests cannot attend an event due to time constraints or emergencies. 

c) No refund for tickets already used or have past the event date.

d) No refund will be available for sponsors.

e) NCAQ reserves all rights to process or deny a refund. 

a) Refund via mobile banking may take up to 3-5 working days from the date the refund request is submitted.

b) If a ticket was paid for using a pre-paid card/debit card/credit card or any digital payment gateway, a cash refund would not be approved.

c) In the case of a dispute, the refund process could take up to 15 working days from the date the refund request was submitted. If there is any dispute/inappropriate claim, it may take more days to settle the refund.

d) NCAQ reserves the full right over the refund policy.
